Veer Herbs
At Veer Herbs, we believe that the best care for the body comes from nature and tradition. Our journey began in 2023 with a simple mission — to revive and share traditional herbal formulations that have been trusted and practiced in our families for generations.
Meet the Founder
I am Menakavijayakumaran.
My family members and our dedicated staff are the backbone and support system of Veer Herbs. Their unwavering support and commitment make everything we do possible.
The idea for Veer Herbs started with my own two sons. After completing their schooling, they moved to college hostels, and I wanted them to still have access to home-style personal care. I prepared herbal products specifically for their needs, so they could enjoy the comfort and care of home even while away.
Soon, their friends started asking for the same products, saying, “If you sell these, we will buy them too.” That’s when I realized there was a need for a brand that could provide home-care products for people living away from home. This inspired me to create Veer Herbs, starting with just the care of my sons and expanding to help others of the same age group.
Our products are rooted in traditional, home-prepared remedies. They were always used by our elders at home, but over time, many younger people were unaware of these practices. Our mission is to introduce these traditional products to everyone, keeping the age-old wisdom alive.
Our Product Journey
We began with shampoo powders and hair care powders, prepared at home. Over time, based on customer demand, we introduced new products for skincare, baby care, weight management, and more. Even though these products are newly introduced in the market, the formulas have always been used by our family. We didn’t invent anything new — we simply brought our traditional home remedies to the wider audience.
Our motto has always been clear: preserve the traditional remedies that elders used and pass them on to the next generation.
Our Team and Growth
When we started, I began alone. Now, we have four dedicated ladies staff working with us. Initially, we distributed only within Tamil Nadu, using courier services. Today, we have expanded to other states and abroad, successfully reselling our products internationally. We ship products personally for individual use as well as for resale abroad.
This international expansion is a major milestone for us. Many housewives and settled women abroad can now access authentic traditional Indian products that are otherwise unavailable to them. We ensure all certifications and codes are complete for international shipping, providing safe and trusted products for everyone.
