Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. We follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy. Customers are requested to check the product details, quantity, shipping address, and contact information carefully before placing an order.

We ensure that all products are packed properly before dispatch. However, if a product is received in a damaged condition, an exchange will be allowed only with a proper unboxing video as proof. Requests without a clear video will not be considered. In case of exchange approval, the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location and order weight. We currently ship only within India. Free shipping is available only for combo products. Shipping charges will apply to all individual product orders based on weight and delivery location. For international orders, customers can contact us directly for assistance.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
