Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and weight of the order. For deliveries within Tamil Nadu, the shipping charge is ₹100 per kg, and for deliveries outside Tamil Nadu, the shipping charge is ₹150 per kg. Free shipping is available only for combo products.
We follow a strict no return and no refund policy. However, an exchange is allowed only if the product is received in a damaged condition. A clear unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange. Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted. If an exchange is approved, the exchange shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
